Matt Tobin

Matt is a Project Manager with a background in heavy civil and underground utility infrastructure. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a certified Engineer-in-Training (EIT). Matthew has led complex utility relocation and underground construction projects involving electrical, gas, and telecommunications systems. In these he aligns field operations, design, and stakeholder coordination to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-controlled results. He manages schedules, change orders, forecasting, and field execution with disciplined project controls and clear communication. He brings strong technical and operational knowledge to each project and engages the expertise of his team and project partners to drive informed decisions and successful outcomes.
