Enrique brings 22 years of hands-on utility construction experience to his role as Field Superintendent. Having started as a general laborer and earned his way into leadership, he has a ground-level understanding of every phase of a project. Skilled across both wet and dry utilities and heavy equipment operation, Enrique leads his crews with a steady focus on safety, quality, and accountability on every job site.
